Lyris Retention Automaton now leverages Windsor Circle data to automatically populate a retailer’s Lyris application with highly-targeted customer segments directly from a leading eCommerce platform, including best, loyal, and churning customers.

Windsor Circle has launched 10 pre-packaged integrations between Lyris and the following eCommerce platforms: Magento, 3dcart, AspDotNetStorefront, CommerceV3, BigCommerce, Channel Advisor, OrderMotion, Shopify, Volusion, and Yahoo Stores. Windsor Circle will soon release pre-packaged integrations to Demandware, Netsuite, Hybris, and other eCommerce platforms. Merchants using other eCommerce platforms, including in-house or custom software, can leverage Windsor Circle’s data feed to access customer, product, and purchase history data within Lyris applications.
