More Green Pants Please: Q&A with Our New Hires

Find me on:

muse_photoA new order of our custom, swaggy, and impossible to miss green pants has been sent to Pennington & Bailes. Why do you ask? Well, because our family is growing. We are excited to welcome four new creative minds to our Windsor Circle family. Client Success, Marketing, and Development have all added new members to their teams.

In January, we had 46 employees and today we are 71 green pants strong! In about six months we’ve almost doubled in size. “Wow is really the first thing that comes to mind...just wow,” said VP of Marketing Andrew Pearson when I asked him to speak on the company’s growth. “When I see a sea of green pants...I just think it’s [Windsor Circle]  blossoming. Our current hiring pace shows that we’ve chosen really fertile ground, and I’m excited to see our company continue to bloom.”

I had a chance to spend some time with all of the new team members, in between their hectic schedules as they each transition onto the team, and have a short Q&A session to get to know more about them. Learn more about the newest team members below.
