We teamed up with Internet Retailer for the second year in a row to poll hundreds of retailers about their marketing campaigns and how they approach retention marketing, in particular. As a whole, we're seeing a rise in retention rates and an increased focus on retention marketing across the board (regardless of size or industry). Here's a recap of the findings:
