Windsor Circle Culture: Green Pants and Habitat.

Windsor Circle: The Guys in the Green Pants We're having a blast as we claim the mantle of "Center of the Retention Automation Universe!"  Part of that journey is committing to a fun team culture.  In the past two weeks, we've had the team showing up at partner conferences proudly sporting client Pennington & Bailes' green pants!

We're talking green, green.  Like, really green.   But they have been a fun way to show our fun culture and to support our customers (a Windsor Circle principle that we only buy conference and giveaway stuff from our clients).

We also volunteer once a quarter with local non-profits to make the community we work in better.  Our most recent was with Habitat for Humanity of Downtown Durham...  We painted, mostly, but some of the team members, like Jason and Carrie wielded massive power tools of death (or, at least a nail gun and a table saw) to furnish windows!

Windsor Circle Team Volunteers at Habitat for Humanity Durham NC Windsor Circle Developers playing Ping Pong We then headed to FullSteam Brewery, a very hip and trendy brewery near by for some suds, ping pong, and video games. Our CTO Chris rained down ping pong fury, while Andrew and Sean grabbed the high scores at Ms Pacman. Building the world's best Retention Automation Platform takes smarts, but it also takes cohesion, and we're excited to have such a cool bunch of people on this journey!
