Meet the team that is growing the Windsor Circle business.

The Sales Team is the backbone of Windsor Circle’s Retention Automation software. Some of the high-spirited, knowledgeable, and steadfast members of the department shared their insights as to what creates the team’s recipe for success.

Teamwork and Goal Setting
The Sales Team uses the SMART Goal framework, a method facilitated by Brad McGinity, VP of Sales and Co-Founder of Windsor Circle. Whenever a Sales member creates a goal, the team wants to ensure it meets the criteria of being SMART.

  • Attainable
  • Relevant/Rewarding
  • Timebound

SMART Goals allow the team to create an effective and well-rounded approach in goal setting. McGinity credits much of the team’s success to the department’s collaborative and streamlined spirit: “We do few things, but do them very well.” Beyond growing the Windsor Circle business, the team prides itself on developing each individual’s skill set and sales capability. The development has paid off, as the department has tripled in size over the past eight months in order to satisfy the high demand for Windsor Circle’s Platform.

In the spirit of camaraderie, a team member will ring a celebratory bell after a successful sale, allowing the office to revel in their teammate’s accomplishment. We have heard quite a few bells throughout the first quarter of 2015!

Collaborative Culture
In the craziness of March Madness, the Sales Team is undoubtedly convinced their department could outplay any other Windsor Circle squad in a friendly game of basketball. Off the court, however, the Sales Team works collaboratively with other departments. The team is constantly diving deep with the Marketing and Development departments to codify and tweak best practices in understanding how to attract new customers. Subcommittees were established with members of different departments to communicate effectively and respond to the new strategies at hand.

For new customers, the Sales Team seamlessly transitions them to their assigned Client Success Manager, who individually partners with each business to strategize on a data-driven roadmap to success. The two departments are joined at the hip in ensuring each client’s needs are met.
